  Each employee is responsible for keeping and maintaining their game cards
and redeeming them when they have accumulated enough points. All points
are redeemable for brand-name merchandise in the exclusive Safety Jackpot
Catalog, filled with 450 brand-name tools, electronics, housewares, toys
and more! Every safe worker is a winner of a prize, and this is paramount to the success of our incentive program. However, if an employee has an accident, he or she will not be allowed to participate in “Safety Jackpot” for six months and WILL NOT be eligible for the $1,000 annual drawing. Encouraging employees to pay attention on the job-site, wear personal protective equipment, and reduce careless mistakes can make a big difference in keeping the cost of workers’ compensation insurance as low as possible. |
